Speaking with the Spirits- with Gede Parma

Shamanic and Sorcerous Ways of Communing with the Otherworl.

Registration by July 1st is mandatory to reserve a spot: https://goo.gl/AXtFud

In this day immersion with Gede Parma – Fio – we will examine older, animistic, primal modes and teachings of perception. We will inhabit the current of witches, the legacy of spirit-singers and the vocation of soulful sorcerers.

Through techniques and processes originating in traditional and ecstatic witchcraft, in Balinese spirituality and Faery and Angelic lore, we will stir WITH the spirits.

We will not summon, stir or call up anything…

We will go to the (H)edge and learn to speak with the spirits in the tween places, in the liminal thresholds, in the stretches of space between the rising and setting sun and the spinning moon.

We will sophisticate our innate gifts of observation, listening, taking notice and paying attention.

We will work with divination and omens as ways to translate the messages of the spirits.

We will shapeshift and give our animal bodies over to sound and dance so that we might shimmer into the Otherworld and discover the wisdom required of us there. We might even, consciously, with awareness, bring wisdom back for our communities.

This is an advanced workshop. Please have a strong magical practice. The skills of grounding, aligning, boundary-setting, cleansing and clearing, shielding and self-reflection are foundational for this workshop.
