Each one of these bespoke Jupiter Talismans was hand carved into natural lapis lazuli during a magical operation on an auspicious election tied to Jupiter’s presence in Cancer as morning star, rising as Jove approached his exaltation degree, while conjunct Venus, applying to the zodiacal degree of the fixed-star Sirius (14 Cancer), connecting to the Moon by trine with mutual reception in Pisces, and completed during a the hour of Jupiter.

Evident from the observations and astrology surrounding this supremely auspicious conjunction, Jupiter’s strength and beneficence was heightened by Venus, and participation with Sirius. They blazed in the east, in the early morning sky, a powerful beacon of hope and assurance that even in the most challenging of times, we can turn to the powerfully good and rely on the life giving support that they so readily bestow.

While in Cancer, the sign of the summer solstice, the telos and intention entwined within the talisman is thus: to embody the power of Jove while in the sign of his watery and fertile exaltation. As such Jupiter acts in a highly purified way that is very true to the generative, supportive, and joyous qualities of Jupiter: embracing hope; reinforcing growth; encouraging good relationships; endowing benefic leadership; supporting positive changes; bestowing generosity of spirit; and increasing abundance of wealth in all forms. 

In general Jupiter’s support aids us to be more prosperous, fortunate, imbued with divine strength, and healthy. Additionally, the intention is set to allow for the Jupiterian to more easily find you: being in exactly the right place at exactly the right time; receiving spontaneous offers of assistance and guidance; and meeting with those that help you to grow all that is good in your path.

Along with other supportive factors for Jupiter in the election, the link between Jupiter and Sirius is said to give success in business ventures, aid in journeys, promote good emotional connections within groups, and advancement with spiritual leadership and pursuits. 

Equally, this talisman can be relied on so as to be “of perfect and noble nature, exalted, honoured, precious and benign...” (Picatrix Book 3, Chapter 7).

Each talisman is engraved with the glyph of Jupiter and the seal of Jupiter's intelligence, Johphiel. Each will come with its own jute bag and an amount of herbs and resins to serve as an appropriate home for the talisman.
